I absolutely love these videos. I learn something new VERY time. I started using this system in January of this year. We have brought down our debt in 2 months by 10% already. Christy, I cannot express my gratitude enough for all your knowledge that share with us. You are truly a blessing ❤

Love your videos Christy but the sound on this is muffled and low which is a shame because I am interested in this content. Is it possible to adjust at your end please?

Can you explain more about how she wants to use the credit card and the heloc?

Hi Christy are you think is good idea take money from my home HELOC. Personally I don't like put my house in jeopardy after is paid off.
@marilynciccone9 ай бұрын
Why not just put all the outstanding debts onto the heloc for a total of 57k and free up $1,231 in cash flow for an expense total of $1,569 instead of making minimum payments on everything and paying interest on it all..?
@cjbegansky22559 ай бұрын
That would me too much utilization of that line. You want to stay around 30 percent utilization.
@JoPace-c7r8 ай бұрын
I think statistics show people tend to get themselves into deeper debt after transferring all their debt onto a HELOC in one fell swoop.

The interest payments would be higher on the HELOC, but it makes sense to do it that way

Can I set up auto payments that take from a PLOC? Instead of taking from my checking...all my bills automatically come out of my checking currently.

Is there a Velocitu banking program that will allow you to manipulate the numbers and map out the payoffs etc

I agree with Jesus, these are probably my favorite.

Once you receive payment from a HELOC the $44 interest payment is the minimum payment due every month. It's not knocked out from inputting the income into a HELOC, unless it brings the HELOC to zero balance.

I agree. I have a friend her and her husband paid for 40 years on a time share. She was under the understanding her kids would inherit it and just have to pay some fees. Such a waste of money she is still paying 300 in fees every month.

That was my 1st thought. My second thought was put that Wells Fargo on the HELOC immediately.

Mortgages are amortized. Are HELOCS amortized?

This is fantastic information. What would you do if you had drastically different income as when someone makes a base salary and commissions? Would it depend on the total debt or would you put only the base salary into a LOC?
