I bought a house which had a regular 42 year bank loan. I got into interest free economy and was done in 7.5 years. The interest is the killer.

I'm probably missing something... please someone comment and let me know. For the LOC payoff, how can you pay off the entire balance of the LOC by month 6? What about the $4100 expenses that are added every month to the LOC balance? Wouldn't that get added to the balance bringing the balance to $4100 + interest accrued? If the expenses are not being added to the LOC, where does the money for expenses come from?

Christy I was watching a video of Denzel Napoleon Rodriguez about All In One Loan…what is your take on this? I listened several times first time “ very confused” second time “ guarded since you have to qualify and most of us paying off debt could not afford to set aside 20-40 or 60K in a cash reserve…those were just some of the things that jumped out…. If this is a good thing I am not seeing it. Maybe like some life insurance policies only good if you are a 30-40-50 yr old borrower. With 20% DP or 20% or more equity in your home depending on your LTI you will need a higher Credit rating if you are not in the right numbers on your LTI … you also have to pay a one time loan insurance payment … the more I listened to that the more I saw all these investors sitting around the table wanting their funds to be guaranteed so they don’t get stiffed by the borrower. Something when your home is purchased or loan paid off like a first lien Heloc. You have access to cash for a long time… sounds TGTBT This does speak to the banks having to offer better financing opportunities for borrowers/ investors than the traditional way or go out of business. It will be interesting to hear your thoughts on this. I understand you can pay that loan but you can also spend and grow that money towards investments. I am not seeing this… but they must be doing something right as there have many folks have gone to the all in one loan. Something about the automation as well. Lots of talking-- too much-matter of factly. Interesting to hear your input. 😊

I knew about the amortized interest being more than the cost of the house, but I didn't know about the LOC option for living expenses. OMG! Thank you for this video.

I just came across your videos when I was searching if snowball or avalanche method is best for paying of credit card debt. I have been watching your videos and feel like I understand how it works but the one thing I am not getting is how do you account for the interest that automatically is charged to the credit card before you payment is due. Do you include your minimum payment as part of your expenses each month? Hope this makes sense. Thank you!!😊

YES YES YES Somehow the mindset has been flipped powerfully over generations (myself included!) WE are offering the banks the opportunity to work with US. Let them jump through the fire hoops to earn our business. Same with employment. I've begun to suggest to my son and his generation to expand the perception of interviewing THEM as much as they are you. Ask..."is this a company or individuals I want to invest my time with?" This is a collaborative process. The mindset needs to switch to one of partnership versus "I pay you, I own you and your time".

Sounds to me you use the HELOC or LOC to pay the the mortgage and a little extra each month and you deposit all your money every month into the heloc or loc account to pay the loan of the heloc or loc off then that frees up the loan money again like a credit card and you can pay for all your bills and everything and just keep rinse and repeating this for as long as you need or for how ever long the HELOC OR LOC is valid for. Im probably totally wrong but this is how my brain is interpreting this method.

While you are right and the strategy is great. Your math isn't mathing. The 6th month you said it's "paid off but you didn't deduct that months expenses. It actually will take more like 12 months to pay off.

On my credit cards, I can nearly Max out through the month. Then, make just one time payment to pay it off in full BEFORE the Statement Close Date. After the Close Date, don't use it for a few days to make sure it posted. You get charged No interest in this case. I don't even know what my "Due Dates" are, I strictly go by the Statement Close Date. Look it up peeps! Edit: THANKS for these videos!

I found out yesterday I'm losing my six figure a year job of 14 years because the company is closing my branch. I'm roughly $300,000 in debt with mostly secured loans, and approximately $24,000 in credit cards. I'm really hoping this will help.

Isn't it better/simpler to add the extra payment (that you are now allocating for LOC) to make additional principal payments every month?

Why do CC cut your limit? Because you don't use it after you pay it?
@deval3596
@deval3596 18 сағат бұрын
they cut your limit because of your history with the credit card. bad history means that they will most likely take a loss with you so as soon as you pay some down they will cut the limit so you can't use up that money again. so don't ever carry a credit card at their max balance for a long time and always always give at least the minimum payment by the due date. I've paid down my credit card from $30K to $14K since december and my balance hasn't been lowered from $37K.

Try not to use more than 10% of available credit on any single card.
