30m x 40m MSA Signature arena with angled kickboards & sub surface irrigation

The arena is a 30m x 40m signature arena with angled kickboards, sub surface irrigation and hardwood gates. The irrigation system of porous pipes distributes water slowly via capillary action to create an even surface to ride on in drier months. We worked closely with local planners Kent Design Studio for ecology surveys and more which did result in successful planning permission. The stable construction is a bespoke design, we did all the groundworks and built the foundations then it has been beautifully completed with ‪@RoewerRueb‬ stables.
We started by installing paddocks with equifence and hard tracks for access. The planning permission required a new entrance and upgraded access including a bridge over the stream for heavy construction traffic.
