That $30 million is most likely just the revenue between all of the franchises. And not just his own revenue, or profit. It would have been nice to know how much he make just and franchise, and their yearly fees that they charge. This show just loves to not talk about profit.

Basic SOP for painting to use as a guide. Feel free to add some stuff in the comments to help others Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Painting Jobs **Purpose:** To establish a step-by-step process for completing painting projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. --- ### **1. Cleanup Phase** #### **3.1 Immediate Cleanup** - Remove painter's tape carefully to avoid peeling paint. - Clean brushes, rollers, and other tools with water (for water-based paints) or the appropriate solvent (for oil-based paints). #### **3.2 Final Inspection** - Walk through the completed job with the client to address any concerns. - Perform final touch-ups if required. #### **3.3 Workspace Restoration** - Remove all protective coverings and clean up the site. - Reposition furniture and fixtures to their original places. - Dispose of leftover paint and materials responsibly. --- ### **4. Post-Job Follow-Up** #### **4.1 Client Satisfaction** - Provide the client with care instructions for the painted surface. - Obtain client feedback and address any remaining concerns. #### **4.2 Recordkeeping** - Document the completed work with photos and notes. - File project details for future reference or repeat business. --- ### **Safety Guidelines** - Ensure proper ventilation during painting. - Avoid working at heights without adequate safety equipment. - Keep a fire extinguisher nearby for oil-based paint jobs. By following this SOP, you can ensure efficient, high-quality painting services that meet or exceed client expectations.

The idea that anything is reachable if you put your mind to it. Loved the accountability foundation! That’s usually the problem… Lol.

The key is to start with small, manageable steps-whether it's cutting unnecessary expenses, building up a side hustle, or focusing on financial education. Every step forward, no matter how small, gets you closer to turning things around. Keep pushing! 🙏

He's a glorified Angie's list. But better. They do all the work for the subcontractors and franchises. Marketing and getting jobs, to generate $$$, and he gets a certain % of all the jobs. Is my understanding. .
