That $30 million is most likely just the revenue between all of the franchises. And not just his own revenue, or profit. It would have been nice to know how much he make just and franchise, and their yearly fees that they charge. This show just loves to not talk about profit.

Basic SOP for painting to use as a guide. Feel free to add some stuff in the comments to help others Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Painting Jobs **Purpose:** To establish a step-by-step process for completing painting projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. --- ### **1. Preparation Phase** #### **1.1 Initial Assessment** - Inspect the project area and document the scope of work. - Discuss color choices, finishes, and any special requirements with the client. - Provide a detailed estimate and secure client approval. #### **1.2 Materials and Tools** - Purchase necessary materials (paint, primer, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, tape, etc.). - Ensure safety gear (gloves, masks, goggles) is available. #### **1.3 Surface Preparation** - Clear the workspace: Remove furniture, cover floors, and protect adjacent areas with drop cloths or plastic sheets. - Clean surfaces to remove dust, grease, or dirt. - Repair any damages: Patch holes, fill cracks, and sand uneven areas. - Apply painter's tape to edges, trims, and fixtures. --- ### **2. Painting Phase** #### **2.1 Priming** - Apply a coat of primer to ensure proper adhesion and even finish. - Allow the primer to dry completely before proceeding. #### **2.2 Painting** - **Mix the Paint:** Stir thoroughly to ensure consistency. - **Application:** - Start with edges and corners using a brush (cutting in). - Use a roller for larger surfaces, applying paint in "W" or "M" motions for even coverage. - Apply thin coats rather than thick ones to avoid drips. - Allow each coat to dry as per manufacturer's instructions before applying additional coats. #### **2.3 Quality Control** - Inspect the surface for streaks, missed spots, or uneven coverage. - Touch up any imperfections with a small brush. --- ### **3. Cleanup Phase** #### **3.1 Immediate Cleanup** - Remove painter's tape carefully to avoid peeling paint. - Clean brushes, rollers, and other tools with water (for water-based paints) or the appropriate solvent (for oil-based paints). #### **3.2 Final Inspection** - Walk through the completed job with the client to address any concerns. - Perform final touch-ups if required. #### **3.3 Workspace Restoration** - Remove all protective coverings and clean up the site. - Reposition furniture and fixtures to their original places. - Dispose of leftover paint and materials responsibly. --- ### **4. Post-Job Follow-Up** #### **4.1 Client Satisfaction** - Provide the client with care instructions for the painted surface. - Obtain client feedback and address any remaining concerns. #### **4.2 Recordkeeping** - Document the completed work with photos and notes. - File project details for future reference or repeat business. --- ### **Safety Guidelines** - Ensure proper ventilation during painting. - Avoid working at heights without adequate safety equipment. - Keep a fire extinguisher nearby for oil-based paint jobs. By following this SOP, you can ensure efficient, high-quality painting services that meet or exceed client expectations.

I really love this one guys! This will be perfect as an introductory video to my team. It’s very personable, but such common sense love it! I think this will really give my team. The idea that anything is reachable if you put your mind to it. Loved the accountability foundation! That’s usually the problem… Lol.

The key is to start with small, manageable steps-whether it's cutting unnecessary expenses, building up a side hustle, or focusing on financial education. Every step forward, no matter how small, gets you closer to turning things around. Keep pushing! 🙏

He's a glorified Angie's list. But better. They do all the work for the subcontractors and franchises. Marketing and getting jobs, to generate $$$, and he gets a certain % of all the jobs. Is my understanding. .
