I'm a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007. I'm Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice.
I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life - me being silly, more often than not :)
Another passion of mine is both listening to, and making music. I have a synth set-up and love creating instrumental electronica music. Both of my other channels are where i showcase the music that i create. @ThePowerOfSerenity is where i post videos of the same songs i have on streaming services such as Spotify, and @LandOfTranquilLight for longer, more relaxing versions.

Hi Aline. Great question. The pics in the videos I do dont always have significance but some do. For example, the 5min slow chanting has a winter scene then a Spring one, which signifies the inspirational quote 'Winter Always Turns To Spring'. The lions in this video signify the power of chanting. Nichiren Daishonin once said 'Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is like the roar of a lion'. Hope that helps 🙏
