I've never owned a drone before but I'm an electronics guy and I gotta tell you you got lucky with your drone if it continued to work like normal. Next time any of your electronics get wet, let it dry 100% first before turning it on again, like, make sure, do not take any chances. For me, if my electronics get wet, I wouldn't turn it on for at least 1 day. If it's a small electronics like a cellphone, you can put it in a bowl of rice (uncooked of course) and just cover it with rice. The rice would dehydrate it from any water. With that said, belated happy birthday Emma!.
