Just recently started looking into these metal garages, never seen one sitting up on the concrete like that. Should definitely help to keep water out. Looks like the way to go, hope my pockets allow me to go that far lol.

I did my foundation that way too. We initially thought we were going to build a log garage when we did the foundation.. and it has a 4' deep frost wall. We later decided on a metal building. It worked out perfectly. My building it built exactly like this one.. but mine is a 24x24. Love the building.

Looks nice. Concrete job with stem walls makes all the difference for siding to flash properly. What size square tubing was used?
