Great video! Are you familiar with Illinois law? I named an executor who is also beneficiary in my will. Does that take care of his ability to sell my condo and avoid probate? I also have him as beneficiary on my bank accounts. Will these avoid probate or should I go to TOD or a revocable trust as you mentioned? I don't have alot really at all except for the possible profit on my condo

i am willed property specified from my dad in his will that i never received a copy.My mom sold the property.They wont let me talk to my mother.My sister lives in maryland and avoiding me just like they have for 10 years.

I did repairs and spent money on a house that was promised ( legally willed) to me, then, after the "owners" death , a holographic will turned up that willed the house to another person...am I just out all that time/work/money?
