Really liked the addition of preacher curls, could really feel the focused burn on the biceps. Also like 21's a lot

Started this a little later than when it started, still on pace to finishing it all! All volleyball courts and gyms has been cancelled for almost a year now in Toronto. This has got me active again after just sitting on my office chair all day haha.

@ACHVPEAK I'll check it out! My wife and I are currently 14 weeks into using Achv Peaks fitness playlists to work out together. I am 27.5 lbs down and definitely seeing gains! Thank you so much for all of the videos. The new videos quality, angles, and exercise routines are amazing. (not that there was anything wrong with older videos) .

That was killer, but those 4x21s in particular were muredeous. (I may have cheated a bit with alternates for the 4th set, but don't tell anyone.)

My triceps burn more than my biceps. Have to work harder in those biceps. But great arm workout. Thanks guys !!! Although my fit bit says I only burned 80 calories. 😳
