This was amazing! I’m following the calendar and this felt SO amazing after yesterday’s workout. Amy, I can’t thank you enough. You have completely changed my life. Hi Amy. I am a runner and started doing some of your workouts with my wife who is pregnant and has been doing your pregnancy workouts. I did this workout on my own as I am in taper week before a run. I must say what a great routine for my legs and cardio combined. Very well put together. Thank you.

I just did this after doing your other Active Recovery workout a little while ago and I love it! Please do more. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood for 35 full minutes of cardio, but still want a sweaty workout (with less jumping) and this was perfect. I would love a rotation of these for those rainy months in Winter when you just can't get outside. (I'm in Northern California.) Thank you from a long time BodyFit subscriber!

Wow! I am so glad I decided to give your August calendar a try. I absolutely loved the combination of moves and levels. At 61 and fairly active, it gave me a great workout (showed me how not exercising regularly makes a difference as you age!). I did like this style of cardio and stretching, because I need both and time for exercise is limited! I especially love how you show up so real in this video, complete with pony adjustment and untied shoes. I’ve tried various workout videos in the past, and this is the best!! Thanks for getting us moving.

Thank you, Amy! I love workouts with different levels in one. With chronic pain, for me every day is different. Some days my joints and muscles can handle a little faster pace or higher intensity, some days they can't. I just roll with it to stay mobile! 💓

Took a steady state 40 minute walk, then a 20 minute active recovery walk and finished with this. Great workout. Since this is my active rest day, I did not do any jumping. Thanks again Amy. My hips needed this.

LOVE this. I was very adamant with myself today that I would take an actual rest day after a couple of hard weeks- but my focus and energy levels were tanking and I remembered this one coming out a few weeks ago. SO glad I did this- it was active and got my heart pumping but without the strain on my muscles that I was trying to avoid. And I LOVE the hip openers. THANK YOU, AMY!

5 months later and this is still a go-to for the exact reasons you say at the end- I want to keep moving, but my body needs a rest from the more intense or heavy workouts. This fits the bill perfectly!

I really enjoy this type of workout right now. I was diagnosed with lyme disease and mold toxicity and am going through a long detox (1 year) and I need to sweat every day but only for 30 min or so and not overdo it with my muscles otherwise i get a flare up and back track in my healing. I gained 25 lbs (inflammation only no change to diet and exercise) and was healthy before i got ill working out 5 days a week. I still feel like i am strengthening my body with these and lyme attacks joints so its good to focus on mobility while getting a GREAT sweat in.

Absolutely excellent workout Amy! Because of yesterday's EMOM workout, my glutes and inner thighs are so sore today that instead of Box & Barre workout (will do this on Thur.), I did this instead. I can't tell you how much relaxed my legs felt during and after the workout! My heart beat was up and I was dripping sweat so YES, definitely MORE of this kind!! You ask in all your videos if we liked the format and I always say the same that yes, I definitely want more of this kind. 😀 All your workouts are super awesome.... and I love all of them! Thank You So Much Amy!! ❤️❤️❤️

This is genius. I find traditional yoga workouts are great for stretching but they leave me feeling lethargic. I can’t wait to do another one 😅

The instructor was very "pep talk" positive but unfortunately, this instructor has communication and timing issues. She'd be better off doing a basic set with counts and if anyone wants to go slower or faster they can. Or at least a 5 second countdown and a call out of the move before she switches to the next move. The workout is probably effective but we stopped about halfway since none of us were able to follow the instruction. We all felt like we were just winging it Hope this feedback helps for future routines.
