Since I have my 3 month old he really doesn’t let me get a good workout in at night so I decided to start early in the morning what a great way to start my day!! 👍

Been almost a month since I’ve done just a cardio workout - by the jacks/plank jacks I felt SO ENERGIZED and like I could tackle the world (NOT how I normally feel in a combo like that…). By the tuck jump and that final set??? Death. Total. Death. Clearly need to keep working on my power ;) Honestly - another great and challenging workout. Thanks Amy!

I have been doing all of your workouts since mid-May (following your calendars) and this is the one that made me sweat the most. I used to run alot but I can’t anymore because it hurts my hips. I started doing your workouts and I love them. They work my whole body. It is more toned and I feel great! I’m always looking forward to do them since it is always different. Thank you for doing this! You’re the best!

Really glad I previewed this and saw the sweat round would not work for me, so stayed with 2 rounds of cardio--which got me sweating plenty! Sometimes added an extra reach up between lateral moves, or put hands flat on floor to get lower. But I felt successful doing it my way. Thank you for the reminder from the beginning that we could stay standing or at the base level if that's what we need. I felt pretty good staying at that second level!

Another great workout! I love this short cardio workouts because I can then lift too and not spend an enormous amount of time working out! Loved this one!

I usually don't enjoy HIIT workouts, but I LOVED this one and I felt so amazing afterwards! Natural high!

I incooperated AMRAP approach to this workout because you showed us moves ahead of time so was still able to work to my own pace .. this one had me sweating up a storm!!! Thank you again, Amy!!!!!

Ugh, it’s humid here today so I’m sweating extra hard! This was a good workout for a day I was tempted to be lazy - built to pushing myself harder than I had planned. BTW I really appreciate all the extra graphics you’ve added lately - helps keep me on track.

Substituted this for cardio party because I felt like jumping and it was so much fun. What a stress reliever after my anxiety has spiked lately. I feel great! Thank You Amy!

Love this workout especially the options to modify. First go round, I stopped when there was like 14 minutes left. A good way to work up to a full 30 minutes for beginners.

Absolutely Sweating. On the 3rd (sweat) round, I just did the floor move. That way, I didn't have to repeat the standing move. Most made me sweat more, especially the planks. I always love when each move is the same but harder.

Cardio always scares me!! And this was no exception 🤪...heart racing, sweat pouring and energy up and ready for the day ahead! (I did curse your name Amy in the nicest possible way😉 a few times especially when it was time to jump!)

This was a great workout! I loved how you added on to each move. It was a great way to push myself to do the harder move! It also went by so quickly!

This has to be my all time favorite workout yet! I loved the intensity, the moves were awesome and the length of the workout was perfect. It was the first time that for 45% of the workout my heartrate was in the peak zone and I love that! It didn't do it until 9:00 at night but it flew by and I felt amazing afterwards. I hope you'll make more just like this one, Amy. I absolutely loved it! :)

Awesome format, Amy! Sweat round is accurate. 😉 Just a suggestion: maybe replace your shoe laces with shorter ones. You’ve mentioned they were really long on those shoes before. I had to do this recently. 👟 Loved this format!

Sweating my eyes 👀! And I don't like cardio nad wanted to do something easy... Like 20 minutes or so. And I said to myself: ok, Amy is on vacation and she posted and did this for us, so I can try. And I tried. And almost died. Haha just kidding. It was challenging but great. Thank you Amy.
