I always think of TRX as a tool for strength/core, so I loved that you showed us ways to use it to “sweat” too. The short sweat rounds encouraged me to not be lazy and really do the jumps. My favorite move was the push up to pike. Thanks as always, Amy!

So happy to see a new TRX workout. This is how I found you! I got a TRX for my birthday last year and was looking for some workouts that were adaptable to my fitness level and found you!! Now, I'm a total fan! Congrats on 800K. That's amazing! You must be so proud...and should be!

Amy, thank you for these great workouts! I have been avoiding workouts for many reasons but you have me back at it. 30 min is great and I like how you incorporate cardio!

Excellent workout! Thank you! (Ha ha i thought I was in shape but those core moves were really challenging.Showed me I'm not really very strong in my core. ;) )
