This is your 32 Minute BodyFit by Amy TRX Sweat Workout! In this workout we are going to use the TRX suspension trainer to strengthen and sculpt your muscles and also get your heart rate up for cardio. Everything that we do will have both a strength round and a sweat round and it is going to be a no repeat workout! All you need for this workout is your suspension trainer and a mat. Are you ready? So happy to see a new TRX workout. This is how I found you! I got a TRX for my birthday last year and was looking for some workouts that were adaptable to my fitness level and found you!! Now, I'm a total fan! Congrats on 800K. That's amazing! You must be so proud...and should be!

I always think of TRX as a tool for strength/core, so I loved that you showed us ways to use it to “sweat” too. The short sweat rounds encouraged me to not be lazy and really do the jumps. My favorite move was the push up to pike. Thanks as always, Amy!
