This is your 30-Minute TRX AMRAP workout! In this workout we will work your entire body for strength and cardio using your TRX suspension trainer in an AMRAP format. AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible, so your goal will be to get a certain number of reps of a few different exercises in a timed circuit. As always I will give you lots of different options so listen to your body and do what is best for you. I liked the workout but it was a challenge to keep up with alternating sides because my TRX if facing away from tv. Proud of myself for getting to bonus at the end.
