Those are slow engines but will usually start at -10 degrees.

Well it was slightly wired wrong, so it probably didn't need all that ether. But she ran pretty good all things considered.

I got a crane with a 8.2l detroit it will start doesnt matter the temp but slow is a understatement.

I assume y'all don't have a big enough trailer to throw it on, so your best bet is to keep doing what you're doing until you can get it to a safe place. Whether it be the roadside in a place where cars can easily see you or an O'Reilly parking lot, just get it somewhere you can work on it and put it up on blocks. I think your only option from here is to take those wheels off and see what's going on inside 🤷♂️

You don’t need to worry about a blown hydraulic hose. Hydraulic fluid will barely even spray everything. Wrap er in some Toby tape and it identifies as brand new.

Well the property owner didn't want any hydraulic fluid to touch the ground. I haven't tried to just tape a hydraulic hose haha. I'm not so sure it would have held the pressure. Hard to see on the video, but it was a gaping gash in the hose.
