Hey I have a SISIGAD HY-B16 and it does not want to connect to the app I’ve used 2 phones and still nothing please help

Zero start may be disabled. You may need to kick the scooter more than 3mph to activate the throttle.

I have been on that link and when you push the download for Android, nothing is happening. I have a samsung phone. I have been trying this since Dec 25th it's now Jan 29th.

Also the low and high speed on my scooter does the same speed there is no difference. Max speed for this was 15 mph going straight and forget about trying to go up hill. This is my 2nd scooter. I got it as a gift and I'm not really happy. It said one thing on the description and when your get it, it's something different.

@@Milanww Sorry to hear that. You can try searching Sisigad in the Google Play store if the link doesn't work. When I started reviewing the scooter the app was down, and had to contact the company to be told that it was down temporarily. Are you within the return window? I would try a different scooter as this one was a bit underwhelming.

Lol mine only went 5-6 miles on a full charge… also front wheel went flat within a week. I could only get it to go 16-17 mph max and I only weigh 185 pounds. I sent that shit back! Also the app has been down for over a 2 months now

I'd suggest looking for a different scooter. This one struggled on the smallest hill, and not having a brake in the front reduced the stopping capabilities.

This is the worst electric scooter from TST electric company. No matter what mobile you use, it doesn't connect with the mobile or app. And the shocking thing is you can't get an angle to fill the air in the front wheel tire. Moreover, the battery goes out of charge immediately after 7 miles. By any chance, if you turn on the high mode within the next 2 minutes, the battery goes out. It never touched the max speed as they mentioned. This is a waste of money to buy it.

You don't even get the bell, manual , nozzle extension to fill the tire with pump.
