IKFF LEVEL 1 practical test with 32kg kettlebell.
- 100 swings ( every rep hand switch)
- 16reps OA Clean and Press/Jerk in 2min for each arm
- 60 Snatches ( 30 per arm)
- 30 Squats in 2min
