IKFF LEVEL 1 practical test with 36kg kettlebell.
- 100 swings ( every rep hand switch)
- 16reps OA Clean and Press/Jerk in 2min for each arm
- 60 Snatches ( 30 per arm)
- 30 Squats in 2min

You’ve created a beautiful combination of sport and fitness with kettlebell in one workout.
I’ve made a progression over the last three workouts:
I’ve manage it with 28kg in 12 minutes,
With 32kg in 12min 30sec
And 36kg in 13min.
I think it’s possible to get it done with 40kg.
I’ll try it my next training cycle, after CaliOpen/ IKO WC.
