They say you learn something new everyday, but we didnt have time for that so we shared one for every year instead :) Which lesson resonated with you the most?

I love most of the points you made, can't pick one. Regarding the one about not having victim mentality and using the hand of cards you've been dealt, there's a great book on this "The Unfair Advantage"

I don't comment on any YT videos, but definitely felt like I had to take the time to comment today. Prompt: When do I feel most beautiful? Chloe: 2:11 "when I'm true to the life I want to live" Eric: 6:33 "when I'm surrounded by people who I know think I am beautiful" Chloe shines when she lives a life that is consistent with who she is. Eric wants to be in the presence of people who know who he is. (And obviously, Chloe is one of such people) As a relationship coach, you two stated the exact two outcomes I try to help my clients achieve. Love what you two are doing. You two ooze such genuine authenticity. Keep doing you. Great things are coming your way.

I liked the one about “not being/seeming busy” and playtime means something 😝🤣 It’s like even when that day is just a rest day, doesn’t mean you’re wasting it or being lagged behind And sometimes the blanks just helps you realize and see the beauty in things😊

I relate a lot to Eric's struggle to concentrate when there's people around, and i have been diagnosed with adhd. I don't relate to the need to constantly be on my phone though, phone apps and notifications overwhelm me and i avoid them, so that i have space for creating and just letting my thoughts roam. But adhd doesn't mean we have all the same problems and tendencies. I found it so freeing though when I found out about the diagnosis, and I finally had an explanation for so many of my struggles in life, and I've been accepting the way my brain works and creating systems that work for me and take advantage of my brain natural strong points. Coming back to the distractions, I have been practicing staying focused even when circumstances are not great, and I've been getting better at this, so maybe it's something that can be practised, maybe not always, idk. Good luck!

After having spent 9 years with my boyfriend who has ADHD and 4 years with my best friend who also happens to have ADHD - one thing that really stood out to me is time blindness. Whether it's estimating how long they need to get to a place, to get prepared, even the length of relationship. I can honestly tell you, they wouldn't know we've known each other for so long. Their time just flows on a different clock. I'm not so sure about not being able to focus when there's people around to conclude if it's ADHD, because I can assure you when my boyfriend and best friend are very interested in what they are doing, they can focus extremely well even if it's in the middle of a very busy road/street. As someone who doesn't have ADHD, I do struggle with my environment too when I need to focus and this is some other issue I have because of childhood trauma. I just dislike sounds in general.

Chloe, if you ever consider sharing, I would love to hear some of your poems ❤ What I heard was beautiful, I like the way you paint images with words, and you've definitely got wisdom to share. And I don't think it has to rhyme to be a poem, it's the way you paint the picture to me

i relate to you guys so much * _ * everything boils down to playing the infinite game because this perspective is the thing that you gain from embracing self-awareness after being in this world long enough, and it is not a simple lesson to let seep into our consciousness...? b t w the vibes here is tough love yall, self-deprecating non-jokes and calling your friends out lol e.g. "just fking do the thing that you said you would do", "15th wheel", "what a fking cop out"
