Thank you Tracy! LOVED this one. I went into early menopause at 40, I'm now 43 and doing these workouts 1-2 times a week help keep my hormones balanced and my energy high. My body is slight in frame so a lot of cardio isn't right for me but these are the perfect amount. I'm really grateful that you keep releasing these, thank you! ❤️

Amazing 4x4 norwegian cardio hiit. The excercises are a great variety and I could go with the speed. 😅 I like this format of hiit and the low impact moves (rest) in between. I had a good time it went by (too) fast. 😅 Thank you Tracy.👌💪❤️
