Oh my goodness. What a challenge! I laughed when you said, " What am I the hulk?" You are strong. I had to take 5 seconds breaks here and there. I used 5, 10 12 ,17 lbs for this session. I like the burn build format. I've completed build and burn so the opposite and it's good but this burns so much!

How do you have such a flat stomach? No matter how thin I get my stomach always looks like I’m pregnant.

For me, carrying a lower % of body fat has done this, along with a large % of muscle. The belly stretches out during pregnancy too, and for most women, it just looks different afterward. Do try to focus on how strong, or flexible, or fit you are instead. :)
