Wow that was really intense this straight strength workout. I hold on to the 15 lbs with the rows, hammer curls, pinwheel curls, chest press) I went lighter in weights on most of the other heavier excercises from to 12lbs to 10 lbs. To keep the form and reps. This session was tough and challenging.😅 Thank you Tracy.👍💪😅❤️

That was SO much harder than I thought it would be! All the shakiness!! Definitely fatigued and pushed toward failure so that was good. Muscles are so pumped!

I agree that was killer. I completed your 15 shoulder pop finisher workout yesterday. I also completed a 40 hydrox workout with weights before this workout. My shoulders are fried❤ I used 5. 12, 15, and 30 for chest press.
