The Old C restriction, that only simple variables (not arrays, structures or unions) could be initialized at run time, has been lifted. Sir u said if we initialise a[0] and assign any value to it. Then all the garbage value in the remaining elements will be deleted. But this is not happening when I do it. I had to assign values to all the elements in array to remove garbage values.
