Love all your cards, Jess! I also really love your templates. I actually have a funny story regarding them. This year, I decided to make appreciation/encouragement cards for the teachers & staff members at one of our local elementary schools, where Mama last taught. For the cards for everyone but the teachers (I did something different for the teachers' cards), I got a few 12x12" sheets of patterned paper plus a 6x6" pad. The pad was almost totally school-themed, though there were a few "neutral" patterns that I could have used elsewhere. But I was able to use up the entire 6x6" pad using your templates - not a single sheet left over! This is literally the first time I've ever accomplished that without even having put the pad in my stash of patterned paper pads. Mama was sitting in the living room the night I finished the last cards, & I came out actually waving the empty pad cover to tell her what I'd done. I was just so excited! LOL Probably geeky even in a card making sense, but I'm sure you get it. :) Thank you for sharing all your cards, and for all the work you've done on your templates. Take care, & have an awesome day! :)

You are so good at explaining your decision making processes, as well as your card making process Jess. You are an absolute go to for me when I need card inspiration. I know you will appreciate that IMO you are up there with Kristi Marcotte and Alicia (Call Me {Crafty} Al) as an All Star card maker/educator. Thank you so much. ❤

Thank you for a video full of useful ideas, tips and techniques. I have downloaded and printed several of the templates to use for my many holiday cards. I also send a lot of birthday cards during the year and our templates help me use up my paper collection and keep a stash of cards ready to mail. Happy Holidays to you and yours!

How nice of you to compile this quick reference so I don't have to sort through all my downloaded templates trying to find the perfect one for some quick last-minute cards. I, too, have projects I started months ago -- and may or may not finish.😀 I always enjoy your explanations of your thought processes. They help a lot!

Great video! Thanks so much for sharing. I have more Christmas paper than I probably should admit to, so these definitely help! I also wanted to say thanks for including the links to the creative fabrica cut outs. They are so cute!

I watched the replay and absolutely loved every one of your designs! I will definitely be using these for my cards. Where did you get the container to hold the Taylor Expression sentiment strips?
@JessCrafts10 ай бұрын
Thank you! Taylored Expressions also sells the container for their strips.

hey jess, lovely cards, ive been using creative fabrica for a couple months now, would you mind if i ask what weight you print yours on?
@JessCrafts9 ай бұрын
So sorry for the late reply. I often print them on Pen and Gear cardstock from Walmart. The cardstock I got from them used to be a bit thicker but it all depends on what works well in your printer. I think 80lb is a good fit for many printers. I think I will try to 80lb Accent Opaque next time I need to pick some up since I like their 100lb for card bases.

I apologize if I missed it, how do you get these printed images cut so nice? I can’t fussy cut too well 😢
@JessCrafts9 ай бұрын
I fussy cut them. Fussy cutting takes a lot of practice. I totally understand it's not for everyone.
