I’m admittedly not a fan of Pilates, but I wanted some sort of movement before bed, and I LOVED this. Loved the weights and the stretching, and especially the music. Thank you!

Much needed after the 40 mins Dumbbell Tabata workout of Monday. My whole body was sore and by doing this, I felt all the muscles that worked hard on Monday. Tomorrow, I'll do the cardio workout of Tue. Loved it!! Thanks Amy! 💛🤗

I just love theese recovery workouts, because I get the stretch that I need so much, and active recovery. Love how you add the lighter dumbbells and those plank singles really make me aware of my core. Absolutely perfect for today, especially after going heavy with back to basics yesterday. Definitely feel looser, especially considering I had a 35 lb almost 3 year old on my back for the last of it..got some goooooooooood stretches in the cool down lol

I loved this! It's been a hard, exhausting week, and this was perfect to release tension. I loved all the stretching incorporated throughout the workout. I felt toned, yet relaxed by the end.
