Ohhh hey also try SATA RPS 0,9 paint cups. They have a 0,3 but it's a pint. Comes woth cup and lid that you toss. Better than the bag cups. Only speaking from experience.

For a cheaper brand..that omni is decent. Iv used it on some of my personal cars at work. Try out the dry guide coat. And don't use 3m unless that's all you can find. Powder guidecoat is basically chalk. You can use Dewalt chalk line and a wax applicator or sponge. It stains the primer where as the spray just hits surface.
