Hey Jamie, you're the best mechanic I know who currently lives. For a Mennonite, you do things very English. Nicely done! Here in Oklahoma, we put on our tin foil safety helmets and use smooth rocks to seat seals. Good job with that rebuild, Lester would be proud. I have changed it up to 3 times why when it is turned on it does not take long for the oil oil to come out

Is your rear structure centred properly with the crank? We had a Mack E9 V8 at work that did the same because the rear structure had shifted and needed to be re-centred
