Nice one. I always thought a marathon was way beyond me. But having done Zone 2 running for a bit, I realise now you can run all day at that pace. Best of luck with the marathon in Manchester, and I hope the knee doesn't impinge on your time too much.

Wow! Great stuff! Liked and subscribed! I hope the marathon goes well. I was overweight and started running two years ago. I also enjoy filming while I run. I'm curious, how do you film yourself? Do you carry a handheld camera stick with you? And where do you keep the camera when you need to focus on your run? Sorry for asking so many questions, haha! 😂😂

Hey there, thanks! I use the Insta360 Go 3. I have a selfie stick type thing, but I also sometimes just hold the camera out in my hand (a bit riskier). With the selfie stick, I just tuck it into my running vest. If it’s just the camera on its own, I can put it into my running belt (FlipBelt). Well done on your running journey!

The Manchester Marathon is going to be my first marathon, and I got my 'longest ever' run done yesterday, 36km in 4 hours (which was my target for that run, my marathon target will be 4 hours also). It's been a tough few weeks running 60-70km a week, but time to start reducing that volume now. Best of luck.

What jacket are you rocking mate? Random question but I'm really struggling to find a decent looking waterproof that looks remotely breathable.

Hey there. It's the "Higher State Trail Waterproof Lite Jacket" from SportsShoes. I'd say it's okay for the sale price (£28), but definitely not worth the RRP. I'm actually pretty soaked in the clips where I'm not wearing the jacket, haha... I'll be shopping for a more waterproof jacket in the coming sales.
