I love the concrete 'tiles' in the front where the grass grows between them. That view is unmatched! That dedicated laundry room is a dream, ease of access to what I believe will be where the clothes line is, wow! The picture window off the kitchen was a nice touch seeing that they chose dark cabinetry, it replaces the light the cabinetry would take from the room. I like the tilework in the first bathroom, it's so cohesive. A lot of bathrooms in JA tend to have too much going on and colors clashing but this one was nicely done. I don't like the the design of the roof in the bedroom but I must admit it is smart for the developer to tie in the dark cabinetry and living space roof design in the master bedroom. I saw that it was SOLD, not hard to believe as this house really is a gem.

Good job I loved the way you did the tour there was nothing left out you started with the outside which is the yard space what is done and whatever leaves to be done it was well explained because you let prospective buyers know that the outside is not finished so that people don't have the wrong impression I love the house I am thinking of purchasing a house in Jamaica myself what would be the deposit on this property. I think it is a lovely house. I would not like the bathroom tiles to go up to the ceiling, as it can be claustrophobic for some individuals. Also leaving the space at the top allows you to change the colour at will, and break the monotony whereas you cannot change tiles at will.

Nice house, but this house was built by a company ,therefore you're not getting your traditional sturdy concrete and steel structure they cut alot of corners to save cost therefore it would be a no no for me.
