The is wonderful Keida, if reminds me of an Italian villa with the pale yellow and warm terracotta colours. The soothing waterfall inside and the mountain behind with swimming pool and tub I wont need to go to any beach to get fried like a lobster and sand in my panties 😂 Its worth the 2million US to me 🎉 Im taking screenshots of the outside of these houses to put on my manifestation board because I decree that I will own one of these gorgeous houses and come back to live in Jamaica one day and work and have a happy standard of living a great life. Yes I decree and declare that i will 🕯️🙏🏻🙌🏻🕯️

2 millions US dollars and no trees or anywhere to plant a garden.. Yes it is a nice home. And I would use the same contract to build my home in Jamaica on a nice ten acre of Land in St Thomas.. Nice home but no land space or garden space.. No where to plant a Mango tree? That home is about 1 million dollars.. Not a penny More..

Is it only me 332 million Jamaican dollars. I can invest that money at 8% make 26.5 million per year rent that house at 500 thousand per month 6 million per year all utilities let say 2 million. Why would i buy it?. And if i buy it keep this home for 20 years can i sell it for 1 billion Jamaican dollar?. Am sure i can build that same house today for 80 million Jamaican dollars. In 1970 no one would take a US dollar from you in Jamaica apart from the banks. Today the only legal currency in Jamaica is the Jamaican dollars. If Jamaica doesn't officially adopt the US dollar as it's second fiat currency. The real estate market is going to take the entire economy down. As a Jamaican with the ability to purchase a home like this i won't because it doesn't make sense financially or logistically. For one simply fact the value is simply not there. I know people in America that over paid for house usually 2-3 years of appreciation out but is US dollars is our currency and in 3 years we can recoup our money. There is no win in this if the USA dollar devalue money you loose if the Jamaican dollar appreciates you loose. The Jamaican dollar is simply not this week Jamaica isn't Zimbabwe or Venezuela.

As a Jamaican born and American if 70% of all Americans can't afford a $430 thousand dollar house here in America who can buy this. If we in America is the richest people apart from the oil Arab who can buy this?. If you won the lottery you wouldn't buy this. So if it's American your advertising to 70% of us can't afford this and for those of us who can we need beach.

@@Lorna-yn7be no am not pondering in covid places like Texas, LA, Atlanta GA. Caroline's we had demand and we bought. Today the people who bought in TEXAS and LA is paying the price of stupidity!. From 2015- 2020 there was nothing but bidding war in Nashville Tennessee and I bought in that bidding war you had to pay over asking price. If Jamaica was a country that it's legal currency was USD this would be perfectly fine. So as a Jamaican born if am not making the house myself I'll keep buying here in America or even in the Dominican republic were am still paying a premium because housing is just that today almost anywhere in the world. And I myself have bought several houses off the internet without being in the state. If the Jamaican dollar was 2-3 thousand to one USD then the prices would make sense. Jamaica as seen many housing boom maybe not this big but it has not see a housing burst before. The reason every thing is coated in USD is that it doesn't sound ridiculous. It's physiolog you reduce the price shock by asking $999 thousand dollar instead of 1 million no one who grew up in Jamaica living Abroad with money not buying theses homes. 2.1 million USD is still 332 million Jamaican dollars. I still would rent that house for 1 million dollar a month than buy it.
