holy... cow... I can hardly type after this - but I DID IT, almost all the moves without modification (fewer reps than you guys). for me, this is an achievement. there was a time I was unable to do squats or lunges. thank you for your motivation, I appreciate it greatly

Today I worked out to this using 4 kg weights. Some moves required modifications. I definitely feel stronger than when I first did it. Whew, thank you guys for the challenge, I needed this today!

I normally preview your workouts briefly before I do them, and I underestimate them EVERY TIME. All I can do is laugh, but I appreciate you guys for always kicking my butt. I need this workout as i am served a divorce application all of a sudden. He cheated on me. This is by far my favorite HASfit workout. It’s short, yet so effective and efficient. With the help of you guys (Coach K and Claudia) a couple times a week, some cardio at the gym, and clean eating, I’ve been able to take off about 60 lbs in a little less than 9 months. These videos are a god send.

Previously lost 8kg which approximates to 18 pounds, trying to lose a few more pounds and your videos have been such a good source of workouts! Stopped renewing my gym membership and have been sticking to outdoor and indoor workouts instead and loving it so far. Lost around 15 lbs in a span of 3 months by following lots of you guys videos. Obviously had ups and downs. Times where I ate myself til I couldn’t anymore. Slacked off and stopped doing the exercises because of how often work schedules changed and when I just felt too tired but I’m still here pushing myself to my limit. Listening to every piece of advice thrown in during the videos. Constantly telling myself I am better than what I think I am. I am a 62 year old female in fairly good shape. I have tried several workouts on KZbin and I do like HASfit the best. The reason I like it is because, the movements are controlled and with weights I get a cardio workout at the sametime. I do modify when needed. My joints do not hurt afterwards instead I feel strong. I know your comment was 9 months ago but I'll answer anyways. Google "METS" and you can figure out how much work a certain excercise requires and thus how much calories it burns. That's for a more precise way. As to their calorie counter, it's probably not very accurate but more of an educated guess. Most people are definetly on the lower end of the calorie counter and maybe even less than what they show up there. As a general rule, the more you weigh and the more reps you're doing, the higher the calories burned. If you don't weigh over 200 pounds and aren't doing a crazy amount of reps, you definetly aren't near the higher end of their calorie counter.

I have been doing this for 10 days. I got to 71 kgs from 76 kgs. Well ofcourse with proper nutrition but I have been seeing incredible results. Totally worth it

Full disclosure, I've been working out for a solid month now and it's been going well. I weat like crazy BUT I just finished this workout and damn am I drenched. This really helps break that plateau/block that builds after doing a steady workout. Thanks guys.

Just found your channel a few days ago! I love your workouts so much, I cancelled my gym membership to work out at home with you guys! For someone who gets bored with exercises QUICKLY, I love that you guys have so many different videos with all different moves! Working on my goals of becoming stronger to help my regular yoga practice and gain the power to flow through difficult arm balances and inversions! Very grateful for this channel! Namaste!

Thank You so much for pushing me today!!! I used my 8 lbs weights with my 3 lbs weights. I even did the mountain climbers!! I love your workouts! I had to pause you twice, but I didnt quit. I pressed play and kept going. Slower and fewer reps than you, but I finished it!!!! I am PROUD of MYSELF!!! I really do appreciate you both for being low pressure!!! One of the reasons why I LOVE doing your workouts!!!!! Hopefully this will help me lose my weight. I hit a platau so I had to step it up! Thank You both again!!!
