I agree with all the other comments about taking it slow. Nice change of pace that we often don't afford ourselves! The view of the sun and fall leaves was the icing on the cake (calorie free, of course!).

I loved this. Sometimes there's nothing like low key music and rep based form focused strength workout. I was surprisingly sore after i did this a few weeks ago. I'm back a 2nd time. Thanks Michelle!

I just recently found your channel. At 68 years old this was challenging and just the right pace for me. Do you have other workouts similar to this? Also I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia and definitely need to strength training. Thank you for the great workouts
