I've realized part of the reason I'm in love with you(r workouts) is after 30 years of exercising hours and hours per week, just 30 minutes ish a day is SO effective BECAUSE you make sure our form is spot on. I never understood pushing down through my feet and activating my core properly until you and I am a forever fan and loving my strength in a whole new way

This workout is fantastic!!! Always love going back to basics!! And, the format of increasing work time in the circuits really helped me to perfect my form with the dumbells and kettlebells, and work my muscles, while keeping my heart rate up!! Loved the final bonus move!!! Yay ACTIVATE!! 💪💓 😊!!

Loved this workout- great length and not too many moving parts at once. I have a question about modifying side lunges. If I can't do a big step and deep "squat" is it better to do a big step and small bend or small step and go deep?

I didn't have my heavy weights but was able to keep my heart rate up with my lighter weights by adding a little bit of cardio into the moves. Great workout as always, Amy!

Once again I’ve come back to this one because I’ve got new heavier dumbbells and it’s such a good way to get used to them! (Although they felt VERY heavy today - 4kg to 5kg feels like a much bigger difference than 3kg to 4kg did! But I am sure I will get used to them soon). Thanks!

Loved this! Returning to exercising after a bit of a hiatus. Question though- what do you do if you want to do harder core but lifting shoulders activates a lot of uncomfortable muscles in traps and neck?
