Amy, you amaze me every time. I didn't really think a lot when switching this workout on and at the beginning it seems quite easy, but the longer it went the more challenging it became. Thank you so much for putting these moves together. Amazing work-out !!!

Thanks, Amy! As always, I love your approach-- all the tips on how to move without injuring ourselves, and how to maximize effectiveness. These 30-minute workouts are challenging, yet easy to fit into a busy day-- their shortness helps me to overcome that "maybe not today" syndrome!

I am travelling for the holidays so I brought my phone and a friend with me to a gym and did this workout there. I even used heavier weights than what I have at home. I know I didn’t have to go to the gym but it felt sooooo good to use some weights. 😃

Those longer sets are fantastic - we can really dig into the form and feel the shake! I like the longer sets when you are doing whole body because it feels a little simpler.

Excellent workout! LOVE blocks, because they go so fast. Especially love the mobility block in the beginning, because I am definitely not prioritizing mobility enough, so thank you for incoorporating it in the workouts! 💞

Hi Amy , I had to return to my strength training. My obgyn told me yoga and pilates were not enough at 54. This workout was perfect to get back in the groove. It went quicker than I realized. I loooove no repeat workouts.
