Love this format! My knees can't take a regular/curtsy lunge so every time a lunge is involved I do a side lunge :)

In spite of regularly working out, it is natural to feel just 'blah' some days, you know.. with low energy and not feeling 100%. And that's absolutely fine. Nothing is hurt, except our ego ;) Wishing you the best and hope you had a nice break and can get back to working out with renewed interest :)

Wow, my heart rate went up right at the first exercise! The format is fantastic and you make it so motivating and invigorating! I used both my dumbbells and kettlebell and felt the burn! The bonus move is amazing! Love this workout! 🔥

Loved this format! Kept moving the whole time- really like when there’s constantly a move to do in between the “main” circuit moves (ie: cardio interval, core interval, etc.)

This was challenging. My heart rate was up right away. I was shaking after the first 15 minutes but the difference with the kettlebell kept it doable. I had a blast!

Today's workout was 🥵🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥💦💦💦💦super awesome! Although it was for 35-mins., it felt like I'd been working hard for almost an hour. It was low impact yet intense. I loved every single move! It had everything : I could feel the burn in all the muscles. My heartbeat was up throughout! And since the 1st round of lunges + combo moves, my legs & arms had been shaking 💪💪💪 I could feel my core right from the beginning too.Thanks a ton Amy 🤗💛💛
