Was a fast paced weights workout. I enjoyed it, the format was great. I Like doing these no repeat weighted workouts every now and then for variety but my favourite is repeated sets. Love destroying those muscles lol 😁💪🏻

I like when you put the squats closer to the end of a workout like this, I find that my form is much better and I get more out of them when I’m warmed up!

Thank you for these monthly challenges, Amy! In (almost) completing all the October challenge workouts, I felt my core and my body become so much stronger. At the last workout of the month, I could hold planks longer, do plank jumps all the way, and all the other core stuff that I couldn't do before. Thank you for your encouragement and positivity. I have been working out with you for at least the last 6 years and you're the only channel I have stuck to. You have gotten me through my prenatal and postnatal stages and I have come out on the other side stronger in more ways than one. Thank you, Amy! I'm looking forward to the rest of the November workouts!

This was hard for me today! It was alot of fun though! I did the curtsy plie round twice so I could feel more coordinated and graceful than the first time! Lol 😆 I also did a few bonus swings at the end! I love swings! Glad I showed up even though my mind didn't want too! 💜 Thank You for being here!

Really enjoyed this one Amy! Thank you! What I loved about it was that is was 30 minutes, had compound movements, used a single weight (to work core) and was low impact.

I love this workout! I am starting mid-month, but better late than never. I pull up your videos at least a few times a week, but this series will help reduce decision fatigue. I love all your workouts and whole attitude and approach. I have rheumatoid arthritis and your modifications mean that I can still do most of the exercises and the way you talk about our bodies is such a help to me. I do need to focus on what I can do and not compare. I have four kids and sometimes just showing up to work out is hard, so it's silly, I know because you're not really *live* but it truly encourages me when you say good job for showing up etc. Thank you for truly making a difference in my life!

Love your mentality of moving your body with what you are capable of instead of moving to what makes you look good. Working out at home makes the pressure of "looking good" a little bit easier ;)

A month behind but starting my fitness journey again after having 3rd baby 8 weeks postpartum, love that you include all types of fitness and levels especially pre and post pregnancy, I’ve had 3babies in 3years so belly hasn’t gone back as good this time round
