35 Minute Heavy Full Body Strength | Head To Toe - Today we are grabbing the heavier dumbbells and working on strength and muscle building. We will be working in rep range (4 sets/8 reps - with a warm up set).

It's a daunting stage when you feel you can lift the next weight up, but are a little scared that you don't want to pull a muscle. I gave it a go, did a few less reps, and smiled! Cheers Tracy, you're giving me the encouragement and strength I never knew I could feel!

Wonderful heavy full body strength. The rounds are challenging and a great variety for the muscles. I used 10lbs, 12lbs, 15lbs, 18lbs and 25lbs dumbells.😅 I’m glad I joined this workout. Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Tracey, this was a great workout. I like your no nonsense approach. I want too build more muscle at 55 yrs old. My arms are shaking. I went heavy on the goblet squats and feel my quads too. Thankyou 😊

Loved this one!! Four rounds was perfect with the warm up round and then pushing to failure. I love the 8 reps because then I can challenge myself (I know you prefer reps over timed too). It's such a better way to train for me. Another one of these some time would be fantastic with maybe one more circuit added for glutes. This was an especially fun one; thanks, Tracy!!

Whew! Those shoulders were tough! I did lateral raises instead of small package. I used 10,12, 17, 20. 25, 30. 35 and (1) 50lbs weights. Im on the struggle bus the past 3 days. I'm not feeling well. I'm wearing a heart monitor for another 2 weeks. I'm listening to my body.

This was a great challenge! Thank you! 💪🏼 It also encouraged me to try and lift slightly heavier than usual and what do you know, it worked well! I ended up doing single leg deadlifts in place of the Arnold Press, though. My arms were just like...nope, no more! 🤣

Tracy seriously missing doing your workouts. After my shoulder surgery which I mentioned a few months ago in july, I've ended up with Frozen shoulder. Now 6 months into not weight lifting I feel like I could describe myself as a cow that could be slaughtered for food LOL. I hate to say that but I'm just being honest. Everything is up in size. I've done semi fasting 600 Cal 4 days in a row to rev up my metabolism kept to a thousand calories and 1200 calories consistently while also doing anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes of what I would call moderate to moderate High cardio where at age 48 my heart rate is between 112 and 138bpm. Still can't lose this. Weights is where it's at. I just have one of those bodies that needs to lift weight. We're looking at another potential 7 to 10 months of no weightlifting and at this age I don't know if I'll ever get my body back now at this point. Because they told me I will never be able to lift heavy again 15 lb lol.

Even high impact cardio has been limited because of the shoulders acting up you know you have to be careful. But I'm pushing as hard as I can and I'm doing all of my therapy. Hopefully my shoulder begins to move soon but it's really not looking good. So I'm just not giving up I'm staying active but my body doesn't even remotely look like the same person I did a year ago it is just so frustrating. So if and when I'm ever able to actually lift lol I hope to do this workout but by the way it's looking it's looking like the end of the year. It just blows my mind

Absolutely loved ❤ this workout Tracy 💪🔥. My home gym weights only go to 20, if I'm not at failure but my max is 20lb is increasing reps to failure just as beneficial as increasing weight?

That's right, increase reps toward that failure point - with lighter weights, it will take you longer, but that's how to do it if you don't have weights that are heavy enough. Push the system.
