An oldie but goodie! All my favorite moves are here! Single leg deadlift, swings, overhead pull on the mat, it's like you were reading my mind! :) Thank you, Amy!

Followed your workouts years before you/I had a baby, then followed your pre and post natal workouts and now loving these new videos! Always very accessible and adaptable for your own fitness level and you explain everything so well which isn't always the case on other workout videos. Thanks so much!

Love this workout, esp. all the ab work! I was kinda bored and not really looking forward to my workout today. SOOO glad I found this! It was fun, fresh and kept me engaged. Thanks for always coming up with new combos and keeping things fresh.

What a FABULOUS workout, Amy! I've done this one twice now, and it didn't get easier the second time around! LOL :) :) This is truly a burner on the legs--which is a GOOD THING!
