This is a 35- minute intermediate Pilates reformer workout for over 50's.
This workout targets the full body using a variety of Pilates exercises!
I post a new video each Tuesday 8am AEST.

Is the Reformer a good platform for PT after lower back surgery? I've heard that Equipment Pilates is effective on correcting bulging disks.

Hi Drew, Pilates is a fantastic way to rehab after having a laminectomy, disectomy or both. I would go and see a Physio-based Pilates instructor (preferably Polestar Pilates Studio and Rehab trained as the course is very in depth ) and they'll be able to help you get your strength back.
