I wanted to share a couple of things. First, I have not done any HIIT or strength training for well over a year now (note: my pain is/was not related to either HIIT or strength training). I often see people stressing out about a missed workout, or a missed week of workouts, thinking that they are going to lose all of their progress if they don't stick to the grind. I just took a year off of any intense workouts whatsoever! I know that my body has changed but I am still at a healthy bodyweight and I am still healthy. If you keep a calm mind (don't panic), do the physical activity that you are able to at any given point, and make sure that you're eating healthily, all hell won’t break loose. I share this in hopes to encourage you to keep a less militant attitude about your own workouts. I actually had to work really hard to be able to get to a point where I could even do this particular routine, something that would have been very easy for me before. When I first started doing this routine after my setback, I was only able to do 3-4 reps, one time through. I felt so weak. But I kept at it. Just a little at a time. I am on my way to rebuilding, and can now do these exercises for ten reps, twice through. That's progress! And instead of being ticked because "I'm not where I was", I'm celebrating my steps forward. I will not talk negatively about my body; these are the times when our bodies most need us to show up mentally and say "I've got you. We can do this". Keep reading @ bit.ly/2LU4dCV

This was the workout I didn’t know I needed... After almost two months of not working out, I hurt my bad knee during a warm-up. I never want to do the low impact versions of HIIT, so I searched for a lower body workout on the FB website that would be soft on my knees and found this. The encouragement Kelly have during the whole workout, my heart is filled and my workout is complete.

This video means a lot to me. The modifications and suggestions that Kelly gives her exactly what I’ve been looking for in a workout video. I’ve been using fitness blender for years but after a severe car accident 10 years ago there’s no good video saying if you can’t do squats because your ankle doesn’t bend or you have such severe arthritis, try this method. I really feel like this is the first video I’ve ever watched that helped me get A good workout on my broken and modified level. Thanks Kelli, I’m sure you weren’t planning on being an advocate for how to work out around pain and restrictions but you reached me on a level I didn’t think possible :)

Well this is my first workout of the year I'm starting at 155.6lb I don't feel my best because of my BMI 25.2 and BF 29.6 BW 51.3 so I'm starting slow with walking my dog 2 miles and your workout videos I'll update in one month of working out & walking 5x wish me luck 👍🏻😁 2month I’ve lost 12 pounds and lost 5 inches of my waist just walking and working 4 times a week and one month without coffee and I feel amazing I’ll update in a month 👍🏻😊

I recently got back from a 5 day incredible trip and loved every minute, but hated the fact that the food wasn't as healthy as I wanted it to be and I couldn't workout. I've been looking at my body thinking that you can tell I took a few days off and it bums me out because it's in my mind. I need to check myself again and let it go

I took a break durning 2018 where stress and doing other things took over, I came to the point where I hated working out. I just wanted to say that fitness blender has changed my life. I used to struggle to find ways to exercise that I didn’t hate. But fitness blender is fun, challenging, and full of variety. Since starting fitness blender I have lost ten pounds in a year. That may not sound like that much and for awhile I didn’t think so either and as a teenager I struggled with confidence in my body. I wanted to lose more weight faster. But fitness blender videos have encouraged me to eat a healthy diet and workout (not too much like I was tempted to do). So ten pounds may not sound like that much but I lost it healthily. Never leaving myself hungry or in pain from too much exercise. I am now closer to my fitness goals all thanks to fitness blender!

I loved how mindful this practice was. It was a perfect way to ease into a Friday, get fit but not burn myself out at the end of a busy week. It also allowed me to correct my posture and really target the best spots of the muscle. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for 🙌🏻

Thank you Kelli. Back in October I had already completed 4 weeks of FB Fit but then I had to stop for two weeks and I was just feeling overwhelmed, I couldn't seem to find my way back. I've tried rescheduling, then starting again from the beginning, but something felt off. Today I've decided to put FB Fit aside (for now) and I've started Low Impact 2 to show some kindness to my body. Seeing that day 1 was actually your first day back was kinda special, I appreciate everything you said. We've got this 💪

I'm also having to "start over" from beginner workouts ...I had gone through a few of your older workout programs a few years ago and had the strength to do your super long 1000 calorie workouts back then, but after starting my first full-time job and moving out on my own, it got harder for me to find time to workout, and I gradually mostly stopped. So now I'm starting up again a few days a week with Pilates and low impact cardio. I'm excited to see that you're back and able to workout again, and I'm praying for a complete recovery for you!

I have really struggled to stick to a routine for this past year, because uni has been full on and I've sort of been all over the place and always tired. So this was really good.
