I'm not too sure where to say this so i'm going to say it here, I weighed 107KG, now i'm with 77Kg (1m86). since i started this journey with Kelli and Daniel, i'm really thankful to both of you, you are a source of motivation and inspiration, i think i wouldn't be capable of loosing this much weight by myself. So just for that, Thank You :) It's was Damn Hard, i almost passed out multiple times the 1st two weeks LOL, but it was worth it. To the people who want to loose weight, don't overwork your body, do HIIT 3 time a week MAX, you can also go for a run if you want to, but most importantly, eat healthy, drink lot water, if you can't do a Video in one time, it's ok, do what you can, next day or so try again, don't give up, if you read this is because you whant to change. Keep up the hard work :) Sorry if my english is terrible i'm not a native english speaker. Thanks for Reading me.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I found Fitness Blender workouts when I was looking for simple, at-home workouts on KZbin. I've tried all kinds of exercise and these videos are INCREDIBLE!!! I just did the pilates butt and thigh workout and it was SO relaxing, more than I had anticipated. Usually, I'm rushing to get through a workout, but I felt like this workout was super short! It felt like 5 minutes. I also love how the instructor is not telling you to 'push' through a workout beyond capacity. It was a very supportive way to motivate viewers. From this video, I have learned that as my body gets stronger, I can push myself more and more. My butt and thighs also felt the burn! I love your work and have subscribed to your channel! I think this is one of the most "kellish" or "kellitic" workouts. I love workouts which Kelli adds her own moves rather than traditional ones. Great workout. No muss, no fuss, no BS, just simple exercises at a great pace with good instruction. As hard as you want to make it, and good stretching and really felt like it was a great workout. Like everyone in these comments, I just wanted to thank you guys for always bringing us such reliable and supportive content, for all fitness levels. I started doing your exercises around 2-3 years ago and made a lot of progress physically, however I had to stop as I slowly developed an eating disorder and was using exercise as a way to compensate for eating. But after undergoing recovery, I’ve slowly started to incorporate exercise into my daily routine again, simply because it feels good, and not to attain any sort of body shape. Since I’m in my final year of high school, it’s a bit difficult to find time and do exercise consistently, hence, this is the first workout I’ve finished in around 3-4 months, and just hearing Kelli’s supportive comments about listening to your body, and reminding us that everyone starts somewhere, it was so motivating and encouraging and is really helping me get into the mindset of why we get into fitness in the first place - to honour our bodies and our minds, to push ourselves whilst also being proud of wherever we are at this exact moment. Thank you so much for the amazing content you produce and you inspire so many of us to get fit and healthy, the RIGHT way, whilst also being heavily accessible. Have a good day!

I just completed your workout for the very first time and I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed it. I have quite a few medical conditions which limit my mobility and even though I felt the workout in my muscles it wasn't painful. When I was younger I was able to do more intense workouts, but that's just not the case any longer. So thank you very much!

This is exactly what I needed today. Not too difficult but I think I will feel it later as you have warned. I have glute, hip and hamstring issues and these videos really help me work through those problems and therefore enable me to do harder workouts and run again.
Sitting at the desk all day has left me with major lower back pain. This workout was a relief! I haven't worked out in a while, but this will help me ease into it again. THANK YOU GUYS! Loved the routine, it wasn't super hard but definitely nice for an evening workout in between study sessions.

Solin T. Have u checked in with ur GP? Because I thought the same thing and it turned out to be scoliosis. U can get headaches as well which I would’ve ascribed to the sitting/office work too so I’m glad I found out the reason by chance (an orthopaedic doctor looking at my back) ..And it made all the difference in the world having had the diagnosis 🙂👍🏻

I used ankle weights. Woke up just not into any jumping today upper body sore from a strength workout. I think you are so right. It's not flashy or exciting but having suffered back and knee issues and now arthritis, pilates is important.

Nursing a muscle pull of some type in my right arm so was happy to have an alternate choice today fir a workout without weights. So great! I've been dealing with hip instability for a looonnggg time and I love what you said about exercise is a question not a demand. Well I've been demanding my body to do exercises and never listened, well my body rebelled with major IT band issues and pain. These glute and hip stability workouts have been doing wonders for my pain and mobility. I'm finally able to squat pain free for the first time in like 2 years. Thank you 🙌🏾

Solid. Good pace. Good for over 50 routine. I had to modify the on all 4s routines due to my neck injury. I got down on the forearms with my forehead on the Matt and did opposites for 2 sets instead of focusing on one side at a time. This allow for a break in my neck muscles.
