$35 NO TIME LIMIT! All you can eat Spanish & Japanese cuisine lunch buffet at a large hotel in Tokyo

I went to a lunch buffet at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hapuna. I took advantage of the unlimited time plan and enjoyed all-you-can-eat. I ate a big meal.
Hapuna is so popular that there is a line of people waiting in line even before the restaurant opens. The interior of the restaurant has an exotic atmosphere as if you were in a resort.
On the day we visited, a Spanish fair was being held. The menu changes every two or three months, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you visit.
The roast beef was especially excellent. There is also a full range of desserts, all of which were very tasty.

I am Spanish so I was very interested in seeing how Spanish dishes were prepared in a Japanese hotel restaurant. All dishes had a strong Asian feel but at the same time they looked tasty and beautiful for a Spanish foodie and brought a subtle remembrance of Spain. Congratulations for another entertaining buffet video, Aya.

I have never been to the Vegas Buffet, but I imagine it is a very luxurious and nice place. Maybe the Hapuna buffet in Japan is modeled after the Vegas Buffet. Makes me want to go to a Vegas buffet! 😋🥰

@@aya_food_adventures Some Vegas buffets are pretty average and some are quite luxurious, but they tend to be very crowded. This buffet has a classy, high-end restaurant feel and is much more to my liking, although I’m sure it has its busy times as well. Wonderful variety and gorgeous plating especially at 8:17!

For around $32 I think that this is really worth it! Lots of choices, quality of food plus awesome service. Plus its unlimited time. I will definitely try this when I go to Japan. I bet they are going to kick me out for eating too much lol!

The buffet here is very popular. The venue is spacious and stylish, and the waitstaff is very accommodating. The reasonable prices are another reason for its popularity.

I lived in Spain for many years and travelled all over the country. Tomato sauce is not typical of Spanish cuisine - it’s Italian! Nor is bouillabaisse, which is from the South of France! This reminds me of Chinese restaurants in Turkey, which serve sushi and believe it is typically Chinese 😮

Great cuisines often evolve differently than they originally did in foreign countries. For example, cucumber is used as a vegetable in Japanese sushi rolls, while avocados are used in California rolls, which are very popular in the United States. Spanish cuisine may be brought to life in a different way in Japan!

Before the corona outbreak, all-you-can-eat crab was popular. Unfortunately it doesn't exist now. It would be nice if all-you-can-eat crab was revived.

Hapuna Buffet's menu changes every few months, but offers less typical Japanese food. Sushi is not served at lunch. I will try to find a typical all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant that I can recommend.

Normally, the time limit is 90 minutes. There is a plan called "unlimited time" until August 31, only for web reservations from the hotel's official page. There is not one single Spanish dish on this buffet! 😮 No gazpacho, tortilla de patatas, seafood or tapas!! Is there no Internet and no Spanish chefs in Japan?? 😮

@@jimchoo7670 San Sebastian is in the Basque country to begin with, and a restaurant can cook American food anywhere in the World, but to serve a burger at a ’Spanish’ buffet in Japan is ridiculous!
