Ive been working for the past 15years on a Manufacturing company as a production operator and been promoted into a Senior Trainer whose handling newly hired operators and training them into machine operation. But then, this year 2023, i want to somehow change the line of work and experience other types of job that would enchance my other skills and provide additional knowledge. In Manufacturing Industry, mostly we are using our body due to different processes and as i grow older, realizations strikes that we were not getting any younger and i need to have other jobs that i can say would provide me until i get older and older base on my skills. No experience po ako and I just applied kanina lang and during the first interview they suggested me to watch on KZbin Kasi Wala talaga akong knowledge in being a cc after we conducted some sort of roleplay mock call and I was preparing myself na Sana matawagan ako for final interview which is the actual mock call. So I saw some of your videos po and it's very easy to catch up po. So yun nga po why I want to become an call center agent ? It is because I want to help my family Kasi prehas unemployed parents ko and sumasideline lang for our everyday costs. Hi kua rene gusto kong makpasok sa call center kasi alam kong meron pa akong maibubuga sa sarili ko ung dream job na to is makakapasok ako at mahhired po ako palage akong nanunuod sa mga advice mo,mga tips. Kailangan kong makapasa o kapasok sa call center kasi kailangan ako ng mga anak at asawa ko para maprovide namin ang mga bills namin. Sa ngaun nadedelay na din akong mabayad sa housing loan ko.ayoko mabawi ng pag ibig ung bahay namin kaya ginaling ko.inaaral ko po talaga . Sana palarin ako kua reneboy. Laban lang. At tska kua ang galing mo magadvice, idol na kita.para kang si geo ong sa mga advice.pati kung magsalita parang ikaw. Good bless kua.
