It’s getting close now, how exciting. The relief that will flood over you when you see him and touch him for the first time is indescribable. I went through 9 years of loses and heartbreak and that moment of actually seeing and holding my daughter Brydie was breathtaking. I just couldn’t believe she was really mine. Hi Kelsie! I am also 35 weeks and 3 days, I also have the weekly ultrasounds due to gestational diabetes. It is hard having to go in every week but we are getting close to meeting our rainbow babies & this makes it a little easier🌈🤰😊

Congrats. 34 weeks 6 days today. Just had my nst and waiting on ultrasound. Also have GD. I have twice a week nst and once weekly ultrasounds and biweekly ob appointments.

I am so excited for you! I feel so connected to you and your story right now. I started following your channel when my husband and I were struggling with fertility. I was so very excited for you when you announced your ivf cycle had worked and you were expecting. I found out shortly after that, that my husband and I also were expecting (not via ivf; our pregnancy was a happy surprise after 3 years of infertility). I prayed for you and your pregnancy. I’m 7 weeks postpartum and I used Native sensitive deo my entire pregnancy. The cucumber mint is my favorite. I need more so I will use your code! I used it before and will continue to use it. Especially with breastfeeding. Skin in the armpit is so thin and sensitive and the lymph nodes. Anyone breast feeding should be careful on what they’re using for deodorant because it can absorb right there into the breast tissue. With Native I know I’m not having harsh chemicals in my body! Kelsie, time to be ready! You never know, is 100% right! You literally are rounding the corner into full term. Relax and enjoy every moment! I am so excited for you!

35 weeks was huge for me because 5 rounds up! Haha. We did IVF as well and had our baby girl last year. I was induced at 38 weeks and she was 6lbs 6 oz. I love your videos and am so happy for you! These next few weeks will fly. Enjoy every minute!

You look amazing mama! I would definitely pack your bag lol I was going to get induced at 39 weeks. So I didn’t think I needed to pack it soon. Well I wish I did, because I went into labor at 38 weeks and 2 days (didn’t even really know until I had an OB appointment and she checked and I was 3 and 1/2 centimeters dilated) so my poor husband had to try to pack it for me lol. I’m so excited for you! 💙

We *had* the same due date, but my son was born this past weekend, which was when I was planning to pack my hospital bag, install the car seat base, and finish organizing his nursery. 🙈 Don’t be like me-get it all done early…just in case!

Hope baby is doing good. I also had my baby buy almost 10 years ago. I was not prepared at all, not even had baby clothes. I had my son at 34 weeks. I took advantage of the 10 days he was in NICU to go shopping for him. I had a c-section so I had no time to rest.

Please don’t opt for induction. Especially with this being your first baby. First babies take their time so don’t be surprised if you go to 41 or 42 weeks. As to size, be careful of the c section scare tactics. Induction will increase the risk for a c section. From personal experience, delivering bigger babies is not impossible. I’ve had three who were 9lbs 7ozs; 10 lbs 7ozs; and 10lbs 1oz. None were c section and the last was actually 💯 natural at a birthing center. The scare tactics were definitely used with my second and third babies.

I’ll do what’s best for me, my baby, and what my medical team and I decide on. IVF pregnancies are different than natural pregnancy and this isn’t technically “my first baby.” It’s my first that’s finally made it to term. With IVF, we know down to the exact minute that baby has been in my body, whereas natural pregnancies are a variable. There’s no benefit to keeping baby in past 40 weeks, if it’s decided all around that an induction is the best route for us, we’ll do that. Induction does not equal c-section. And if it does, c-section moms are just as incredible as moms that deliver vaginally. Baby will join us the way they are meant to. Like I said, I’m going with the flow and will do whatever is best for baby and me ❤️ not comparing my story or experience to anyone else’s.
