The Honda/Acura models of the later 1980's to early '90's were and (and are, still) memorable eye catchers to me in that, back then, the "Legend" (especially the coupe design) as well as the company's "Integra" model reminds me of my high interest on those years of F-1 auto racing of the Honda powered Williams Cars of one of my favorite all-time drivers, Great Britain's, Nigel Mansell who was for a few years driving the V6 turbo racing engine of Honda's. I test drove in 1988, a couple of those Acura designs while looking into a new car to purchase. They both were fun, especially the "Legend". As to Honda cars...My wife and I have had three: an '83 Accord hatchback; a '93 four door Accord; and, still have a four door Accord of 2008 year. They all are good...especially the latest - 2008. If I remember, the 1988 "Legend" had a 160 H.P. V6. The "Integra" had 145 I-4. Watching the excellent restoration of this '88 "Legend" was fun! Glad it's back on the road. Consumer Reports Magazines back then rated the Acura/Honda cars excellent choices.
