As Business class passenger , there will be staff lead you up to your train seat .what you need to do is just relax and enjoying complimentary drink & snak at business class lounge

When the boarding time is fast in the business lounge, there will be dedicated staff to find you and take you to the exclusive passage to board the car. You don't need to queue outside to board the car anymore

Most of big cities in China have multiple train terminals. Suggest confirm which train station you booked before you going. Chongqing city has 5 train terminals. Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan has 4 train terminals respectively. Shanghai has 3 train terminals.

that's not true, most American companies have a presence in China. The reverse, however, is far less common: Chinese brands are rarely found in the U.S. This is due to bans imposed by the U.S. government over concerns about competition or the setting of high entry barriers that make it difficult for Chinese companies to enter the market.

If you buy a business class ticket, you can wait in the business lounge in advance instead of queuing outside to get on the bus. There are various food and drinks in the VIP lounge. When the time is up, a staff member will find you and take you to the bus through the dedicated channel. It was a very pleasant experience. Please try it next time.

Most of Chinese people choose second class, because a second-class seat is already good enough, while a business seat is three times more expensive than a second-class seat. Welcome foreign friends to spend more and experience the business seat.

@@djjsimpson I was surprised too .. I am looking to go in January for 90 days.. Am just looking at the cost of flights and figuring out if I should fly via Hong Kong then in that route because flights are very expensive and competitive but it also means I have to fly into China anyway with a stop over but am thinking about not taking the connection flight.

Yes, you can order food on your seat from the 12306 Train APP for the food delivery at any of the upcoming stations (if you are already on board, you can scan the QR code at the armrest of your seat). Upon arrival of that station, the delivery service will deliver the food to your seat. You can order food at most 14 days in advance if you like (just make sure you get the dates, time and station name right), however the vendors stop receiving new order 1 hour in prior to the arrival of the train, so you need to plan accordingly and place the order before you get too hungry.
