‘350z Demon Eye and Halo Fitting’ MAD Life!

This is how I modified my headlamps to incorporate demon eyes and halo sidelights and indicators.
So my Demon and Halo mods went really well,however I had misting in both headlamps😤.
I split them again and used the proper Butyl seal and they still😢😢 misted and that also killed a ballast 😭 before splitting them again I did a test drive in the dark and the full black reflectors just made everything too dark, would of seen more with a candle.
Soooooo..... I went for broke and split my original headlamps, I rebuilt them using the original projector and full beam reflectors with the black projector housing (with halo and demon) the black indicator section resealed with correct butyl seal and new ballast.
Happy to report all is perfect now, no misting all lights working.
I used the the following items, they worked well for me but I would recommend being careful with the connections on demon eyes as I have heard about these going into fault.

Nice video mate. What did you use as a power source for the demon eyes?

Glad you like it. I run the demon eye from a permanent live source (with a switch inside the car) so can be switched off when just not using the car but can be left on standby at shows etc.

Once the headlight was sealed have you had any problems with condensation since ??

I did have a lot of problems, however I believe this was down to the 2nd set of headlamps were well used and had been opened and reales alot. I split my original set and built them up and haven't had any issues with misting since, I used butyl rubber seal to rebuild them.
