Did you feel any horsepower gains when installing the motordyne art pipes? I have the tomei and im planning on getting the art pipes this summer. Nice videos by the way! I watched almost every 350z vid!

Thank you so much for watching and yes, the motordyne art pipes really did make a big difference! But at this point you should get your car tuned, because your air/fuel ratio my be lean, due to increased exhaust flow!

So I am a beginner to all this stuff I’m not smart mechanically but I bought a tomei for my 350z i was wondering if I should try to install it myself or have a mechanic/ shop to install it to be safe? Taking the Muffler off can be a little tough, you know getting it off the hangers, but if I can do it so can you!!!!

@@bernerporres3906 If you haven't done it already, Try unbolting the hangers instead of wiggling it off. The only tricky one is driver side hanger. You have to remove a plastic part first, but thats only 2 bolts and a plastic clip.

They should slide together, one should be slightly larger than the other one! You may have to slightly bend one if not!

The exhaust is isolated by rubber mounts from the rest of the car, the air moving through the exhaust can generate a minor static charge in the exhaust pipe. The ground wire dissipates the minor charge between the two! I have not reinstalled mine yet, it's not a big deal, but I will make a short video when I do.

The tomei can be installed on a completely stock exhaust setup on a s right? And is a adapter for the exhaust needed?

The Tomei exhaust is a cat back exhaust system which connects to the stock y-pipe and it comes with everything you need!!!!thanks so much for watching!

Yes, but I just completed an automatic to manual swap on this 350z!!!

Sometimes the springs rattle when you first start your car, until it warms up! You also need to check the bolts on your clamps periodically, because they can loosen over time with use! Hope this helps 🙏 you out and thanks so much for watching!
