Recently had my 330e F30 tuned by Mosselman (Netherlands) with an ECU remap stage 1. The base power delivery was measured at 280 bhp and 441nm. After tune it went up to 343bhp with 598nm! Combined with the xHP gearbox software it’s a totally different car now. Really love it

Try to avoid run flat tires as well. They make the experience of large wheels even worse. Unfortunately I was talked into buying a set of winter tires on 18" and I regret it as soon as I drove the car for the first time. They are much worse to drive than the 19" I have for the summer.

i used to own one of these f30 330e.. tuned up to stage 2 by Bootmod3, and it's running 350whp and 610nm.. 0-60mph in just abt 4-4.2 sec averagely.. awesome car

Got my one to just over 370 horses and nearly 700 torque 😂 well I can say I spin wheels all the way through 3rd gear. My only problem is that 1st/2nd gears are too slow changing the gearbox doesn’t keep up with the power.

It is a problem. I tend to put mine in save mode initially if I’m going out for a spirited drive. This kicks the engine in at all times to warm the car up. You can warm it up just like a normal car.

Hey i have a bmw 530e 2021. Motor cod say b48a what’s the difference and is it a good engine b48a. I wait for tuning to come to Sweden. Don’t want it sent to fantom heard many get the ecu back destroyed. And in same case they dident get it back at all. And the company don answer or pay for a new ecu. I can get over 400hp with that tuning. Did just bought the car. Gone have it for 8 years. Is it safe to tune? The car is the best I ever owned in my entire life. It’s amazing from 0 to 100 but after that it lose a lot. From 100 to 200 it take 20 sec. After the tuning it take under 9 sec. But what do u all think. Hey Lors, de 2 liter bi-turbo verbrandingsmotor van de 330e heeft een vermogen van 184 pk. Gecombineerd met de accu kom je op een totaal van 252pk. Het zijn dus niet verschillende modellen. De 330i zoals Max uitlegt in de video heeft een verbrandingsmotor zonder batterij/accu en die heeft op zichzelf 252 pk.

Short answer: yes Some people say it doesn’t do any harm, but they are wrong. It’s possible that you can do a little tune on some engines, but other parts of the car will no longer work like they are supposed to. It’s the same thing with engines, when you change the air filter or something like that. You are destroying the whole chemistry between parts in the car.
