There is one “unfair advantage” you are not mentioning: you are teaching folks how to build a lean business based on trust, without sales calls and a big team. Of course they will “buy in” of you not having sales calls! That’s the end goal they want for themselves 🙂 IMO you’ve figured out a super smart psychological hack. It will be quite more difficult for an unrelated offer.
