Inbound live transfers are the most consistent money making leads. If you are serious about writing deals you need to spend your time working on deals not mastering digital marketing. 1 You don't want to have to learn two businesses to be successful. 2 You can get 300 leads where you spend 80% to 90% of your time trying to get sellers on the phone. Or you can get 50 leads and spend all your phone time talking to homeowners trying to make a deal. No comparison in terms of maximizing productivity and opportunities.

Agree, the only people who ask how you're doing today are your mates.......or cold callers, straight away I know you're not my mate, so the barriers start going up, it's a natural reaction. It's total insincerity. Does the cold caller even care how the prospect is today? of course not!

What you use than?
@jempitt99746 ай бұрын
@@MUHAMMADHAMZA-i6p I use the direct no nonsense approach. "Hello, listen, this is a cold call, so if you want to hang up then that's not a problem, or give me 30 seconds to tell you why I'm calling you?" It'll get one of 2 reactions, either a bit of a laugh and then permission for a further 30 seconds, or the phone will go down! Either way I'm happy. I've either got the prosects permission to cold call them which no longer makes it a cold call, or I've got someone off the line who doesn't want to talk to me in record time!

"How are you doing today?" Immediate alert: salesman on the line! It wastes time, is insincere, and doesn't get to the point. You are calling for a reason - respect my time and intelligence - get to the point! BTW being assertive is a killer, you are the one getting killed. If you're "assertive" on the call, you're going to be unbearable in any face-to-face.
